万众期待的科幻大作《变形金刚3》日前揭开了围绕在电影主题曲这一问题上的神秘面纱，当红摇滚乐队林肯公园的流行单曲《彩虹光芒》（Iridescent）最终被确定为《变3》的主题歌曲，林肯公园特意为《变3》重新编曲的《彩虹光芒》混音版（IridescentRemix）已于近日在网上发布。
此次为《变形金刚3》重新编曲《彩虹光芒》，已是林肯公园与《变形金刚》系列电影的第三度合作。此前，《变形金刚》和《变形金刚2》的主题曲《WhatI'vedone》与《NewDivide》也都出自林肯公园之手。随着电影的热映，这两首主题曲都成为了流行乐坛的畅销单曲。
《彩虹》是收录在林肯公园2010年专辑《烈日千阳》（AthousandSuns）中的一首歌曲，旋律舒缓，歌词简练，悲伤之中透露着希望，整体给人一种比较忧伤的文艺范的感觉，在林肯公园的歌曲中，算是非常抒情的一首。在为《变3》重新编曲的混音版本中，虽然着重加强了节奏，但与此前气势磅礴、金属感极强的《WhatI'vedone》与《NewDivide》相比，《彩虹光芒》混音版还是显得比较抒情，给人一种完全不一样的感觉，不知道这是不是意味着《变3》会在整体风格与情绪基调上，相较前两部有不小的变化。
