创作背景
2015年2月8日，官方宣布少女时代将发行他们的第九张日单《Catch Me If You Can》于日本回归，单曲预定于4月22号在日本发行。距离她们的上一张日单《Galaxy Supernova》时隔一年7个月。
歌曲的编曲Erik Lidbom是来自瑞典的流行音乐 ... 人，为许多韩国流行偶像 ... 了炙手可热的流行曲。此前跟少女时代合作过的歌曲有《Only U》、《Love&Girls》等。他们的再次合作也是让人十分期待。
2015年4月8日正午，在日韩同时发表新单曲专辑的少女时代公开《Catch Me If You Can》预告片。
2015年4月10日中午公开的少女时代新歌"Catch Me If You Can"用紧抓住人耳朵的曲子，让心脏快速跳动的节奏和因为反复而产生的中毒性让大家很是快乐。
《Catch Me If You Can》是2014年9月郑秀妍退出组合后少女时代以全新的八人形式首次发布的歌曲。用强烈的电音和快节奏引起了大家的注意。

少女时代(Girls'Generation)是韩国SM娱乐有限公司于2007年推出的女子流行演唱团体，现由金泰妍、李顺圭、黄美英、金孝渊、权俞利、崔秀英、林允儿和徐珠贤8人组成。
2007年8月5日，少女时代发行首支单曲《再次重逢的世界》正式出道，并于11月1日发行第一张同名专辑 《少女时代》。2009年发行首张迷你专辑《Gee》，在乐坛走红。2011年6月发行首张日语专辑《Girls'Generation》，并于2012年6月获得日本唱片工业协会百万专辑正式认证;同年10月19日发行第三张专辑《The boys》。2012年4月，少女时代首次推出团体小分队TaeTiSeo，发行迷你专辑《Twinkle》。2013年1月1日发行第四张专辑《I Got A Boy》。2014年2月24日发行第四张迷你专辑《Mr.Mr.》 。2015年4月10日，少女时代以八人形式回归乐坛，公开单曲《Catch Me If You Can》的音源与MV 。
