正航的工资只能算是一般的水平，毕竟是台资的。当然你问的是研发的，工资也不会很低，只是这个都是要看你应聘的时候具体和hr谈下来的工资是多少了，还和你的技术水平有关。不过正航是做erp的，你既然能做他们的研发，建议你去其他更好一些的公司，比如东南融通，就在正航旁边一栋楼。厦门的软件行业本身发展一般，正航在厦门软件的地位更是很一般···供你参考
