薛国强
本科毕业。1968年3月参加工作，中共党员。历任武警福建泉州市支队支队长，武警福州指挥学校校长，1996年4月任武警福建总队总队长，2003年11月任武警黄金指挥部主任，2004年7月任武警部队副参谋长。2009年1月任武警部队副司令员。1999年7月晋升武警少将军衔。2010年7月晋升中将军衔。九届、十届全国人大代表。国务院防汛抗旱总指挥部副秘书长。
